The CPAP Expert Clinic in Woodbridge is looking for a highly professional, dependable, and trustworthy Clinic Manager. The role would include providing full administrative and billing support to our team of medical professionals in the office.

A successful candidate should have the following qualities and qualifications:

- minimum of 1-3 years as a clinic manager in medical office setting
- Passion for helping people
- High degree of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- A proven track record of strong prioritization/time-management abilities
- A proven track record to create and maintain positive working relationships
- Superb client service and organizational skills
- Full proficiency with MS Office Package; good typing speed (40 words/minute)
- Medical Office Assistance certificate or equivalent




- Knowledge of EMR software is an asset - Accuro preferred
- A post-secondary education would be an asset

The responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with medical/management team to facilitate patients' flow
- Booking appointments and follow-up visits
- Managing/updating medical records and other office documentation, including legal and insurance
- Managing incoming/outgoing faxes, emails, and other correspondence
- Helping with the development of various policies, procedures, and tasks
- Billing (both governmental and private)
- Ordering and keeping track of office and medical supplies
- Other roles and duties as required

Hours:

- Monday to Friday + Saturdays - exact hours to be determined with the candidate
