Hyland Landscapes is a design-build and maintenance company with a snow division serving high end residential properties.

The maintenance division is responsible for preserving and enhancing some of the region's finest outdoor spaces. We take pride in delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships and improving landscapes over time.

The snow management operations works to coordinate crews, equipment, and logistics to keep our clients safe during the winter.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced Maintenance Accounts Manager taking care of clients, quoting and procurement. Leading people, improving systems, solving problems, and making a difference.

As the Maintenance Accounts Manager you will:

- Support the daily operations of the maintenance division.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Crew Leads and field staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and materials for enhancement jobs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and respond to service requests.
- Estimate and quote client enhancement jobs.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Hyland Landscapes' standards.

As Snow Operations Manager, you will:

- Monitor weather forecasts and prepare operational plans for snow events.
- Coordinate snow crews,



subcontractors, equipment, and route planning.
- Dispatch crews and oversee operations during weather events.
- Ensure all sites are serviced safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after snow events.
- Manage equipment readiness and seasonal staffing.
- Conduct post-event reviews and continuously improve operations.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and planning for future seasons.

What We're Looking For

- Has experience in landscape maintenance account management.
- Enjoys coaching and developing people.
- Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Can confidently manage multiple priorities and changing conditions.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is comfortable using technology for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Holds a valid BC driver's licence.

Experience managing snow operations is an asset, but we're willing to train the right candidate with robust operational and leadership experience.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
