Metal Roofing & Siding Technician – Join Our Growing Crew

We are currently building a dedicated metal roofing and siding crew and are looking for reliable, hardworking technicians who take pride in quality workmanship.

Our crew will work on both metal roofing and siding installations, allowing you to develop experience across multiple aspects of exterior construction rather than doing the same type of work every day.

We are looking for individuals with experience in roofing, siding, construction, carpentry, or related trades who are comfortable working with hand and power tools and are committed to doing quality work.

The Role

As a Metal Roofing & Siding Technician, you will work as part of a professional crew installing metal roofing and siding on residential and commercial projects.

Your responsibilities will include measuring, cutting, fitting, fastening, sealing, and finishing roofing and siding materials while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and job-site safety.

Responsibilities

- Install metal roofing systems and siding according to project specifications
- Measure, cut, and accurately fit metal roofing and siding panels
- Install flashing, trims, corners, valleys, penetrations, fasteners, and other components
- Use drills, snips, levels, saws, and other hand and power tools safely
- Properly seal seams, joints, penetrations, and transitions to help prevent water infiltration
- Read and follow measurements, drawings, and installation instructions
- Safely handle and move roofing and siding materials
- Assist with job-site setup, cleanup, and organization
- Perform basic carpentry and framing work when required
- Work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions




- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized job site
- Work effectively with other crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Take pride in the quality and appearance of the finished installation

What We're Looking For

- Experience in metal roofing, siding, roofing, construction, carpentry, or a related trade
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
- Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Basic understanding of construction and weatherproofing
- Ability to safely lift and handle roofing and siding materials
- Comfortable working at heights
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Metal roofing and/or siding experience is a strong asset. Candidates with solid construction or roofing experience who are motivated to develop their skills in both areas may also be considered.
