Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Bangladeshi dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality in every plate
- Follow established recipes and presentation standards to deliver consistent, delicious meals
- Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve dishes promptly to ensure hot, fresh meals reach customers with excellent presentation
- Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably with a focus on Bangladeshi or South Asian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and meal preparation processes within the food industry
