Packaging Machine Operator — Kienna Coffee

The Packaging Machine Operator reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining the Matrix machine for coffee production and packaging, ensuring quality standards are met on every run.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the pod machines for coffee production and packaging processes.
- Sets up, operates, and maintains the Matrix machine.
- Support across multiple packaging equipment types
- Performs basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.




- Conducts quality checks throughout production, including printing, sealing, and weight.
- Flags and corrects issues to keep output within spec.
- Prints labels and ensures proper labeling of boxes.
- Records and inputs completed work into the system.
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date production records.
- Cleans and organizes the work area after each shift.
- Maintains a safe, orderly workspace in line with production and food-safety standards.
- Grinds coffee when not occupied with machine operation.
- Performs other duties as assigned related to machine operation and production.
- Cross-training across all stations
- Champions safety daily

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
