Duties

- Operate sewing machines and related equipment to assemble, alter, or repair garments and textiles efficiently and accurately
- Follow detailed patterns, sketches, or technical instructions to ensure precise stitching and finishing
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
- Make necessary adjustments or alterations based on customer requests or quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly handle all sewing tools and materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship




- Communicate effectively with customers or supervisors regarding project details or special requests

Requirements

- Basic math skills for measuring fabric lengths, seam allowances, and pattern adjustments
- Customer service experience or a friendly attitude when interacting with clients or team members
- Prior sewing experience or training is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions with precision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
