Luminate Co Wellness Market is hiring a Full-Time Inventory and Warehouse Associate for our Dartmouth location! (This does require heavy lifting of 50lbs for bulk food items and liquids).

We are building a team of passionate, committed individuals who each play a vital role in making Luminate a special place.

What You Will Do:

Inventory & Receiving

- Inspect incoming shipments, cross-reference invoices for accuracy, and report damaged goods to appropriate parties.
- Process stock efficiently to maintain a timely flow of inventory from receiving to the sales floor.
- Organize and maintain backstock using monthly date-checking and stock rotation (FIFO- first-in-first-out).

Inventory Control & System Accuracy

- Conducting regular cycle counts and assisting with full physical inventory audits.
- Managing inventory discrepancies, variance reporting,



and system adjustments in the inventory management system (IMS/ERP).
- Processing store transfers, vendor returns (RTV/RMA), and damaged product write-offs.

Floor Operations & Merchandising

- Keep shelves full, organized, faced, and aesthetically appealing.
- Ensure department signage and pricing remain accurate.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping and working environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.

Customer Service & Support

- Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service as needed.
- Complete additional operational duties as assigned by management.

Core Competencies

- Proven time-management skills to balance receiving, stocking, and floor maintenance efficiently.
- Physical capability to regularly lift and handle heavy bulk items (50+ lbs).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
