Availability Requirement: Mandatory 7 Days Availability (Including Nights, Weekends, and Holidays)

Job Overview

Sentry Security Group is currently seeking highly disciplined, physically capable, and professional Security Guards with access to a reliable vehicle.

This is a strict patrol-based and performance-driven role.
This position is not a static or sitting post. Guards are expected to remain active at all times.

Use of mobile phones for non-work-related purposes during duty is strictly prohibited.

Only candidates who can meet high operational standards, strict compliance requirements, and continuous activity expectations will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct continuous patrols and active monitoring of assigned properties
- Complete mandatory digital reporting with photographic evidence every 20 minutes
- Monitor, identify, and assess potential risks before escalation occurs
- Prevent loitering and remove unauthorized individuals, including trespassers and vagrants
- Enforce all site rules, safety protocols, and access control procedures
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely reports (patrol logs, incident reports, activity logs)
- Ensure full property coverage, including all corners, access points, stairwells, and exterior areas
- Remain physically present, alert,



and proactive throughout the entire shift

Requirements

- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must be physically fit and capable of extended standing and walking patrols
- Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills
- High level of discipline, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work under strict supervision and performance expectations
- Must be comfortable working in high-responsibility and demanding environments

Experience Required

- Minimum 1–2 years of security experience (MANDATORY)

Preferred Experience:

- Condominium Security
- Mobile Patrol Operations
- High-risk / high-responsibility sites
