Fountainhead Home Services is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Service Plumber who wants more than just another service job.

Experience in residential & Multi family condo residential HVAC service is a major asset. If you're a strong service plumber who also understands furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, hydronics, gas systems, or other residential & Multi family condo HVAC equipment, we especially want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As one of our Service Plumbers, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout Calgary and the surrounding area.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Diagnose and repair residential & multi family condo plumbing systems
- Complete plumbing service, maintenance, and replacement work
- Troubleshoot water supply and drainage issues
- Repair and replace faucets, toilets, fixtures, valves, piping, Zone valves and other plumbing components
- Diagnose and repair hot water tanks and related equipment
- Perform drain cleaning and assist with drain inspection/scoping
- Identify plumbing concerns and provide homeowners with clear repair and replacement options
- Complete gas-related work within your certification and qualifications
- Assist with HVAC service and installation where your experience and qualifications allow
- Work with furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, hydronic systems, and other home comfort equipment where applicable
- Identify opportunities to improve the reliability, safety, efficiency, and comfort of our customers' homes
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
- Accurately document service work using our digital systems
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, management, and other technicians
- Treat every customer's home with care and respect
- Represent Fountainhead Home Services professionally on every call

Who We're Looking For

Required

- Alberta Journeyperson Plumber certification
- Strong residential service and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's licence with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to diagnose problems and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while still being part of a team

Strong Assets





We're especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

- Residential HVAC service
- Furnace and air-conditioning troubleshooting
- Hydronic heating and boilers
- Gasfitting
- Hot water tanks
- Tankless water heaters
- Drain cleaning and drain inspection
- Residential retrofit and replacement work
- HVAC/R or Gasfitter certification
- Experience working in a residential service environment

You don't need to know everything.
