Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Red Seal — certified Lead Plumber with a minimum of 7 years experience in high-quality residential and light commercial projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of plumbing systems from rough-in to finish, oversee apprentices, and contribute to estimating through quantities and material take-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute all phases of plumbing installation and repair.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Plan, coordinate, and complete material take-offs and order lists.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship standards and precision




- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades.
- Ensure compliance with all codes, safety, and quality standards

Key Qualifications:

- Red Seal Plumber certification (required)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant plumbing experience
- Experience with residential and light commercial projects
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Accurate, client focus, dependable
- effective interpersonal skills, flexible, reliable, and hardworking.
