Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position will support the day-to-day operation of the Sales department, coordinate marketing activities and trade shows, assist with sales reporting and administration, and develop cross-training in Inside Sales and Invoicing.

What We Are Looking For

This role is intended to be broader than a traditional marketing coordinator position. We are looking for a go-getter who is willing to learn, identify where support is needed and become a dependable resource across the Sales organization. The right candidate will be comfortable moving between marketing

Responsibilities

- Coordinate trade shows, dealer events and related planning and logistics.
- Maintain the Sales and Marketing calendar and help coordinate campaigns, promotions and product launches.
- Coordinate social media activity, dealer communications and marketing materials.
- Work with internal teams and external marketing resources on content, website updates, photography, video and promotional materials.
- Support Territory Managers with sales administration, dealer information and follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain routine sales reports and assist with sales meeting preparation.
- Support CRM administration and maintain dealer and customer information.
- Assist with booking programs, price lists, dealer programs and related communications.
- Help organize and document Sales processes and improve departmental follow-up.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and follow open items through to completion.




- Provide general support across the Sales department as priorities and business needs change.

Cross-Training & Department Support

An important part of this position will be developing knowledge across key Sales Administration functions to provide dependable backup coverage and improve continuity within the department.

- Cross-train on standard sales order entry and order-status inquiries.
- Cross-train on routine RGA processing.
- Cross-train on standard customer invoicing and basic invoice corrections.
- Provide vacation and absence coverage for Inside Sales and Invoicing as knowledge develops.
- Help document key procedures to improve cross-training and reduce single-person dependencies.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications or a related field is an asset; relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience in agriculture, agricultural equipment or a related industry is an asset.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales administration, reporting or marketing coordination is an asset.
- Strong initiative and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and service-oriented approach when working with dealers, Territory Managers and internal departments.
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple functions across Sales, Marketing and Sales Administration.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are an asset.
