Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences to craft tailored travel plans.
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel arrangements using various booking platforms and systems.
- Provide detailed information on travel requirements, visa processes, health advisories, and destination highlights to ensure well-informed decisions.
- Assist clients in managing changes or cancellations to their itineraries with promptness and flexibility.




- Promote additional services such as travel insurance or premium upgrades to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and transaction details for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations to offer expert guidance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles with a passion for travel.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, airline procedures, or the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively advise clients and build lasting relationships.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with booking software or reservation systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for exploring new destinations and sharing that excitement with others.
