We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our Consecon location.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers while keeping the store organized, stocked, and looking its best. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong eye for detail, and is genuinely interested in the products and brands we carry.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers into the store and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Help customers find products and make recommendations based on their needs.
- Learn about our brands and product assortment so you can confidently answer questions and provide product information.
- Process purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Keep the store clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining product displays.
- Receive, unpack, organize, and restock incoming inventory.
- Assist with store events, promotions, launches, and seasonal changes.




- Help create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and the rest of the team.

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- An interest in beauty, wellness, self-care, home, fashion, and lifestyle products.
- Comfortable using a POS system and basic computer programs.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Schedule

- Approximately 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday availability
- Weekend availability as needed
- Holiday availability as needed

Education:
Secondary School preferred

Experience:
Retail sales: 1 year preferred
Customer service: 1 year preferred

French is not required.
