Responsibilities:

- Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of all drinks served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and ingredients.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food and beverage handling and Serving it Right compliance.
- Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as setting up for events or helping with kitchen tasks.

Qualifications:





- Serving It Right (or ability to obtain within a specified period).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems commonly used in restaurants is an asset.
- Knowledge of local cannabis regulations if working in a region where cannabis is legal.
- Familiarity with beer, wine, and cocktail varieties.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for handling glasses, bottles, and bar equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (e.g., cases of alcohol, ice).
