What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of our properties

Lead, mentor, and coordinate maintenance teams and external trades to ensure seamless property performance

Develop, manage, and monitor maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations

Implement and improve facility management policies and procedures

Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality standards

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations

Utilize Inhouse property management software, to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history while analysing and look for opportunities of improvement.

Lead large-scale capital projects, including equipment replacements and tenant improvements

Build positive relationships with the team, tenants, vendors, and contractors





Contribute to long-term capital planning, budget preparation, and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience leading building operations and maintenance teams

Proven success in facilities or property management, preferably within Edmonton or Alberta

Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

Relevant certifications such as Building Operator Certification or Facilities Management preferred

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and facility management software

A high commitment to customer service with the ability to work independently or collaboratively

Willingness to respond to urgent issues outside of regular hours as needed
