Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Grower to join our vibrant team and help cultivate thriving plants and crops. As a Grower, you will play a vital role in maintaining healthy growth environments, ensuring plants receive optimal care, and supporting the overall success of our horticultural operations. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily grow operations, including seeding, germination, transplanting, cultivation, and harvesting of leafy greens within vertical farming systems.
- Monitor plant health regularly, identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies early on
- Water plants efficiently using irrigation systems and manual watering techniques
- Monitor and manage transplanting activities, ensuring seedlings meet quality standards, are properly spaced, and receive appropriate nutrients and environmental conditions.
- Assist with installing and troubleshooting irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications





- Experience or strong interest in horticulture or gardening practices
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and how they function within a growing environment
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Monitor, adjust, and verify environmental controls, including lighting, irrigation, nutrients, EC, pH, temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels, to optimize plant health and yield.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and plant care

Work schedule:

- Full-time: Monday-Friday
- Mornings, Days, evenings shifts or night shifts as needed.
- Shift times may vary depending on crop cycles and business requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
