工作地点：

岗位职责

- 维护专柜形象，为顾客提供优质服务，做好客户关系维护；
- 负责电器部门商品销售、销售记录、库存盘点及账目核对等工作；
- 完成商品验收、入库、补货、退货等日常营运工作；
- 积极完成个人及店铺销售目标，提升整体销售业绩。

任职要求

- 工作认真负责，积极主动，具备良好的团队合作精神；
- 沟通能力及客户服务意识强，热爱销售工作；
- 有零售或客户服务经验者优先；
- 对电器、电子产品有一定了解或相关经验者优先；
- 中英文流利，会粤语者优先考虑；
- 能够周末上班，实行轮休制。

薪资福利

- 底薪 $18/小时起
- 三个月试用期
- 转正后享有 底薪 + 店铺奖金 (年薪约$45,000-$55,000)
- 4% Vacation Pay（相当于两周带薪年假工资）
- 全职员工工作满一年后将加入到公司医疗保险计划

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Electronics Department Sales Associates to join our dynamic team.

Now Hiring: Full-Time Electronics Sales Associate – First Markham Place

Location:

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales area.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Handle sales transactions, inventory counts, and daily record keeping for the electronics department.
- Receive, stock, replenish, and process merchandise, including returns.
- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications

- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented and passionate about sales.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and consumer electronic products is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese is an asset.
- Must be available to work weekends. Rotating schedule applies.

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting wage: From $18/hour
- Three-month probationary period
- Base pay plus store performance bonus after probation
- 4% Vacation Pay (equivalent to two weeks of paid vacation pay)
- Full time employees become eligible to join the company's group health benefits plan after one year of employment.
