Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Site Supervisor to join our construction team for an upcoming retirement house construction project located at 650 Park Street, Dresden, Ontario.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with employees and subcontractors, communicating with the Director when necessary, meeting with inspectors, and helping support the construction team with general site tasks when required. This may include assisting employees with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials to and from trucks.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Communicate with the Director regarding site issues and required decisions.




- Coordinate with employees, subcontractors, inspectors, and other parties involved in the project.
- Support employees with construction-related tasks as needed.
- Help ensure the work is completed accurately and according to project requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized construction site.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Director.

Requirements

- Understanding of construction processes and safety standards..
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility in office.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Ability to assist with general site tasks and material handling when required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
