Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and manage order flow efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
