We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead Canadian financial reporting, business partnering, compliance, and strategic finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Lead P&L;, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Develop financial business cases and support innovation and growth initiatives
- Manage internal and external audit, compliance, and financial controls
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and key financial reporting requirements
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other business functions
- Support COGS analysis and provide financial guidance on projects and ad hoc requests





Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP and Power BI
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- CPA or MBA preferred
