Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Follow food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards
- Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless food service experience during busy hours

Requirements





- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of kitchen operations
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude in a team environment
- Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and growing within the food industry
