Overview
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service and cleaning after closing shifts
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Familiarity with food industry standards, including food handling, safety, and preparation basics
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
