Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Site Superintendent to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all specifications and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a passion for delivering quality results. As a Site Superintendent, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and maintain rigorous safety standards to drive project success.

Duties

- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project schedules and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor construction progress using project management software such as ProCore to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality control standards, review blueprints and schematics, and verify work aligns with design specifications
- Manage daily labor force, supervise subcontractors, and oversee safety protocols in compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics,



and contracts to facilitate accurate execution of tasks
- Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, safety records, and project updates
- Ensure proper use of construction management software like Bluebeam for drawings and documentation sharing

Skills

- Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising capabilities
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam for scheduling
- Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting processes, and construction estimating techniques
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC safety standards and ability to enforce safety policies effectively on-site
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction planning
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges
- Strong communication skills for clear coordination with all stakeholders

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
