The deal

- Pay: $28–$34/hour, based on experience
- Mileage covered · Weekly pay
- ~20 hours/week to start — built to grow into full-time
- Start: within 2–3 weeks
- All work is in Greater Sudbury — you're home every night

What the work looks like

- Turnovers: take a vacant unit and get it rent-ready — paint, patch, floors, the works
- Finishing (the heart of the job): painting, drywall, mudding/taping, and flooring




- General maintenance: repairs, fixtures, minor plumbing/electrical, doors, hardware, upkeep

You're a fit if you

- Can do it all on the finishing side — paint, drywall, mud/tape, AND flooring
- Are strong on general maintenance and problem-solve on the fly
- Work independently — take a job start to finish without being managed
- Have your own hand tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license
- Are local to Greater Sudbury and ready to work

Bonus points

- Property management / apartment turnover experience
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile)
- Trade tickets or safety certs (WHMIS, Working at Heights)
