Position Summary:

We are looking for reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff / Line Cooks (Full-time & Part-time) to join our team at Shobu Ramen in Coquitlam. Perfect for students, second-job seekers, or anyone looking for flexible shifts in a friendly working environment! Both Part-time and Full-time positions are available.

Pay & Compensation:

Base Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Tips: Generous tip sharing (Estimated Total Earnings: $22.00 - $25.00+ / hour)

Available Shifts:

Lunch Shift: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Dinner Shift: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (or 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM / Schedule negotiable)

Full-Day / Full-Time: Open to full-day or 8–9 hour shifts for 3 to 4 days a week.

Flexible scheduling available for both Part time and Full-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation (ramen ingredients, toppings,



side dishes).

Prepare and serve orders according to recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

Dishwashing and kitchen closing/opening duties.

Requirements:

No prior Japanese cuisine experience required (We will train you!).

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
