Full Job Description

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates / Order Pickers to join our team.

The main responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, receiving and organizing inventory, stocking products, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

This is a hands-on position that involves regular physical activity. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment, and comfortable with lifting and moving products throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

* Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment

* Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming inventory

* Stock and replenish products in designated warehouse locations

* Load, unload, and move cartons and merchandise as required

* Verify product quantities and condition when receiving or preparing orders

* Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies

* Use manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required

* Operate electric pallet jacks when properly trained and authorized

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse





* Follow warehouse procedures and workplace safety requirements

* Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, stocking, or shipping/receiving experience is preferred

* Experience with manual or electric pallet jacks is an asset

* Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

* Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical activities throughout the shift

* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Reliable, punctual, and responsible

* Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

* Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is required, as Chinese is regularly used for internal warehouse communication, product information, and daily operations

* Basic English communication skills are an asset
