Rangeland RV is one of Canada's top-volume RV dealerships, and we're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing team in Red Deer.

What You'll Do

As a Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in helping customers complete their RV purchases while maximizing both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

- Arrange financing for RV customers through a strong network of lending partners.
- Present financing, warranty, insurance, and protection products with professionalism, transparency, and integrity.
- Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless, first-class customer experience.
- Assist the Sales Manager with desking deals, structuring transactions, and maximizing profitability.
- Support the sales team during negotiations, help overcome objections, and contribute to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and product providers.
- Consistently achieve finance penetration, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain a high standard of compliance, accuracy, and professionalism throughout the finance process.

Required:

- Previous Finance Office experience in a dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of lending, credit, and finance regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented approach.
- A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred:

- Automotive, RV, powersports, or marine finance experience.
- Experience with desking and closing deals.
- Established relationships with lenders and finance/product providers.
