Ground Worker / Tree Crew Position — Immediate Start (Simcoe County Area)

We’re looking for a groundie to join our crew for the remainder of the season — with potential for ongoing work next year.

What we’re looking for:

- Valid G or DZ/AZ driver’s license with 3 years experience, reliable transportation to home base and a clean abstract.
- Due to changes in commercial insurance, applicant must be 25 years of age or older.
- Chainsaw experience isn't a necessity but a bonus
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to work hard in a physically demanding environment
- Positive attitude and good work ethic

Hard working crew members can advance into higher paying roles such as climber, crew leader and other leadership positions.
- Consistent work through the rest of the season. At minimum until December (with potential for longer-term employment)
- Fair pay based on experience. Starting wage between $22-25 while we assess your experience level. Wages will increase as you grow with the company.

We’re based in Elmvale and work from Orillia to Innisfil.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
