What you'll do

Support daily kitchen operations across one of five on‑site kitchens

Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to culinary standards (role‑dependent)

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and dishwashing systems

Maintain cleanliness and food‑safety compliance throughout all workstations

Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to meet service timelines and guest expectations

Compensation by Role:

Steward — $19.50/hr + tips

Shuttle available to and from CBU on weekends (Thu–Sun)

Approximately 2‑hour drive depending on location
