Supervisor and Customer Service Advisor (Vancouver) Full time available.

We are looking for a hard-working, self motivated individual with previous experience in the auto industry. Eligible candidates must have:

- A strong desire to work hands on with cars (experience an asset)

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with complaints (experience an asset)

- Ability to retain detailed product information

- An ability to work with, manage and train other team members

- A valuable attention to detail and are able to work in a fast paced environment

This job is great for previous workers in the automotive field or you have had a previous sale and customer service job but have a strong automotive background.

Your duties would include but not limited to:





- Greeting customers in person and taking phone calls

- Advising customers on maintenance and repairs that are required

- Helping with customer problems and complaints

- Organizing and working with technicians and other team members

- Must be able to work weekdays and weekends

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
