Join a Fast-Growing Metal Roofing Company

We are a rapidly growing metal roofing company looking for confident, energetic, and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our team.

Our crews install premium metal roofs throughout the GTA. While a roof is being installed, you'll canvass the surrounding neighbourhood where homeowners can see our work in progress—making it easier to generate leads, book appointments, and close sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is competitive, enjoys meeting people, and wants to earn uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do

Canvass neighbourhoods surrounding active roofing installations.

Speak with homeowners and introduce our metal roofing services.

Generate leads, book free estimates, and close sales.

Follow up with interested homeowners by phone, text, or email.

Work closely with our sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

Compensation & Earning Potential

--$18/hour base pay+ 5% commission of the project value;

-- commission only 50% of the profit on projects you generate;

Average commission of $1,000–$2,000 per project.

Top performers regularly earn $12,000–$28,000+ per month.

Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

What We're Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (required).

Confident speaking with homeowners and approaching new people.

Self-motivated, competitive,



and goal-oriented.

Comfortable working outdoors and walking through neighbourhoods.

Able to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.

Previous sales, customer service, or construction experience is an asset, but not required.

Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
