Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Business Development Manager, Senior Care on behalf of our client serving the Greater Toronto Area .
We are seeking an experienced healthcare or senior care business development professional to develop referral partnerships, grow a territory, and generate new business throughout the GTA. This role requires a proactive hunter who can build relationships with hospitals, retirement residences, healthcare professionals, community organizations, seniors, and their families.

- Pay Rate: $60000 per year

- Location: Greater Toronto Area

What You'll Do

- Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centres, retirement residences, healthcare professionals, and community partners.

- Prospect and develop new referral sources throughout your territory.

- Conduct needs-based conversations with families seeking senior care solutions.

- Deliver presentations and educational sessions to referral partners.

- Manage your pipeline, territory plan, and follow-up activities.

Consistently generate new referrals, clients, and territory growth.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of successful sales or business development experience.





- Healthcare, home care, retirement living, seniors' care, rehabilitation, or medical industry experience.

- Proven ability to build a territory and generate new business.

- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the GTA.
