We are currently recruiting for a Shipper to join our client’s team in Leamington, ON. This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who is organized, dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must have previous shipping and receiving experience and be comfortable handling materials, preparing shipments, operating a forklift, and working with shipping documentation.

About the Role

As a Shipper, you will play an important role in ensuring products and materials are prepared, organized, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with warehouse and production teams to keep shipments moving on schedule and ensure all products are handled safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Pick, organize, label, and stage products for shipment.
- Verify quantities, product information, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers using material-handling equipment.
- Safely operate a forklift to move products and materials throughout the facility.
- Organize and maintain shipping and staging areas.
- Inspect products and shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure orders are accurate and ready for transportation.
- Complete and maintain shipping documentation and records.
- Communicate with warehouse and production teams regarding shipment priorities.
- Assist with inventory counts and material organization when required.




- Follow all company safety procedures and operational policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of previous shipping and receiving experience is required.
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience preparing outgoing shipments and handling incoming materials.
- Experience checking product quantities, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Forklift certification required; in-house certification is accepted.
- Comfortable loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties.
- Ability and willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts.
