Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced housekeeping room attendant supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a background in motel operations. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining efficient workflow to deliver exceptional service to guests.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Train recent team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and operational procedures.




- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues as needed.
- Experience
- Proven experience in motel housekeeping.
- Prior supervisory experience in the motel industry is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $27.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
