Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role requires creativity, teamwork, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, including appetizers and salads.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality control of all food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.
- Handle food safely and responsibly, following all health regulations within the restaurant.

Qualifications

- Previous pizza cook experienceis preferred.




- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with the food industry, particularly in a restaurant setting, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals for customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
