North East Aviation is a recognized name in the aircraft ground support industry. We specialize in the sale and refurbishment of all types of equipment that can service an aircraft while on the ground.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accountant for Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data within QuickBooks, ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess Accounting skills, solid computer skills, excellent organizational abilities.

Duties

- Quickbooks Data Entry
- Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and cross-referencing entries.
- Filing
- Support team members with clerical tasks including typing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information during all data handling activities.
- Work Orders - Costing

Requirements

- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
- QuickBooks experience a must
- Ability to multitask

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
