Our Personal Injury Law Group is currently looking for a full-time Law Clerk/Paralegal to cover a 12-month parental leave (starting in November 2026), with the possibility of permanent employment. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, extremely busy environment.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a law clerk/paralegal, in the area of Personal Injury

· Experience drafting pleadings, mediations, LATs, motions, and other legal documents

· Experience preparing pre-trial and mediation briefs

· Experience with all stages of trial preparation and LATs

· Experience in AB and Tort essential

Skills:

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which are necessary to draft correspondence and legal documents

· Ability to manage priorities and ensure all deadlines are met

· Ability to multi-task, complete work with great accuracy, work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, take initiative when required, and be efficient with time management

· Ability to schedule meetings and communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other professionals
