THE ROLE
Are you passionate about Pilates and ready to make a lasting impact in people’s lives? We’re hiring certified Reformer Pilates Instructors who are energetic, professional, and love leading high-quality group classes.

Our instructors benefit from:

Thanks to our innovative technology, instructors are not responsible for cueing the entire class from scratch — our system provides structured class guidance so you can focus on safety, corrections, modifications, and elevating the client experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead 50-minute group reformer Pilates classes (up to 14 clients)
- Monitor form and alignment to ensure safe and effective workouts
- Offer personalized modifications or challenges as needed
- Encourage and motivate clients to reach their personal best
- Represent the Pilates Hub Newmarket values of elegance, energy, and presence
- Ensure a calm, welcoming, and organized studio space
- Perform pre-class equipment checks to maintain safety standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Certified in Reformer Pilates (required)
- Experience leading group reformer classes (1+ year preferred)
- Strong understanding of anatomy and injury prevention
- Warm, encouraging,



and professional presence
- Clear communicator with excellent time management
- Comfortable with early mornings/evenings and/or weekends

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Programming, playlists, and primary cueing are pre-loaded and streamed through our custom-built in-house tech system, so instructors are free from class-design duties and from having to cue every single exercise. Your focus is to guide, adjust, inspire, and elevate each participant’s form and experience. You’ll never be left to build sessions from scratch, and you’ll always have a supportive in-house team and smart technology working alongside you.

- $35.00–$50.00/hour, based on experience and certifications
- Teach up to 5 classes in a row (no scattered shifts)
