Do you enjoy working with children and love to cook? Taste Budds Cooking School is hiring enthusiastic, caring individuals to lead our fun, hands-on cooking classes!

About Us

Taste Budds offers lunchtime and after-school cooking classes where children learn new recipes each week. Our programs focus on healthy eating, creativity, and confidence while always accommodating allergies and dietary needs.

The Role

- Lead 1-hour cooking classes for children (Grades 1–6)
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
- No professional chef experience required- recipes are simple and kid-friendly!

What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with children (1+ year required)
- Passion for cooking and teaching
- Reliable vehicle for travel to schools
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening
- CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain-we will reimburse for course if you need to take it)
- Availability at lunchtime, after school, or both

Job Details

- Job Type: Part-time (a few hours per week)




- Compensation: Starting at $60 per class, with opportunities for raises over time
- Location: Richmond Hill, ON (L4G 4C3) + surrounding areas (Aurora and others)
- Work Location: In person
