Overview
As a Cashier/Server, you will be the friendly face that greets our guests and ensures they have an outstanding dining experience. You’ll handle food preparation, take orders using POS systems, serve customers efficiently, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a quick-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry skills while providing top-notch service.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Prepare simple food items following safety and sanitation standards
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments through POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations




- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods

Skills

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of the food industry standards
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
