Overview

Join our multidisciplinary clinic as a Registered Massage Therapist. This is an established clinic that just re located to a bigger unit. We have patients and are looking for a RMT to join the team.

Duties

- Provide personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Assess client conditions by reviewing medical histories and understanding their specific wellness goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health regulations and hygiene standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information for future reference.
- Promote wellness services and educate clients on self-care practices to support ongoing health perks.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

Requirements





- Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program and current registration with relevant licensing authorities.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment options clearly.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
- Prior experience in providing massage therapy services is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training is supported.

Pay: $50.00-$85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
