Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Store Supervisor/Key Holder to lead our store team with enthusiasm and confidence. Duties

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as a designated key holder
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals through effective coaching and training
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, pricing, and inventory replenishment to maximize sales potential
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure outstanding service that fosters loyalty
- Conduct recruiting activities such as interviewing potential team members and participating in onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping records
- Monitor store safety, security protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies at all times




- Support marketing initiatives by promoting promotions and special events to increase foot traffic and sales

Experience

- Proven supervising or leadership experience within retail environments with a focus on team management and customer service excellence
- Solid knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, pricing strategies, and purchasing to optimize profitability
- Experience in recruiting, training & development of staff, payroll management, and budgeting processes
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills paired with phone etiquette proficiency for engaging with customers and team members alike
