Royal Home Caregivers and Royal Health Care Staffing are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Executive Assistant and Client Care Coordinator.

The successful applicant will be trained to:

- Receive calls and inquiries from new and existing clients
- Conduct in-home client assessments
- Recruit and interview caregivers
- Match caregivers with suitable clients
- Coordinate schedules and manage client care
- Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers
- Provide administrative and operational support

We are looking for someone with strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Experience in home care, healthcare, recruitment, administration,



or client coordination is an asset.

This position will begin part-time and may grow into a full time role based on productivity, performance, client growth, and business needs.
