We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team!

FineLine Tube Products, Inc. is a growing business located in Upper Brookside, Nova Scotia and has been manufacturing automotive parts for over 20 year. We specialize in producing and selling brake, fuel, and transmission lines.

This position is:

* Full-time

* Monday to Friday from 10AM to 7PM

* 1 hour break

* 19.00 - $21.00 /hour

* In office (no remote options)

Here's an overview of what your day at FineLine Tube Products, Inc. would look like:

* Answering customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and courteousness

* Updating Customer Service database during and after each customer interaction

* Creating invoices, posting payments, and preparing spreadsheets

* Working on company reports and spreadsheets using Excel and other software

* Basic data entry

* Building positive relationships with our customers

* Having a valuable attitude and working well with others to maintain a work atmosphere that is enjoyable for all staff

What's expected of you:

* Basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Word,



and other Office software

* Able to check for grammar

* Collaborating and corresponding with customers and co-workers

* Managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities while staying organized

* Knowledge of the automotive industry is NOT a pre-requisite for this role
