Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
- Previous experience using Canada Post, FedEx, Amazon Seller Central Ecommerce Platform Shipping, Canpar, Loomis, and UPS shipping systems is required.
- Experience creating shipments, shipping labels, waybills, and packing slips.
- Ability to process and coordinate 100+ outgoing packages per day while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, returns, and inventory control.
- Experience ordering supplies and materials and coordinating purchases.
- Ability to receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Experience picking up materials from local suppliers when required.
- Ability to pick, pack, box, and prepare products for shipment.
- Perform shipping price comparisons to ensure cost-effective carrier selection.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and shipping claims.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent public relations and relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term business relationships.
- Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and shipping software.

Responsibilities





- Create and process daily shipments using multiple courier platforms.
- Prepare boxes, labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and products.
- Schedule courier pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure all shipments are accurate and completed on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to shipping inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Support the warehouse and operations team with additional logistics duties as required. Supply order pickup.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
