KCCC No. 7 (Railtown) is seeking a reliable, practical, and self-motivated Property Manager to conduct the day-to-day maintenance and year-round management of our condominium property.

Minimum hours per week: 16 hours

Starting rate: $35 per hour

Responsibilities

- Conduct routine property inspections and monitor grounds and common areas.
- Coordinate maintenance, waste management, repairs, and service providers.
- Complete hands-on maintenance tasks as needed.
- Obtain quotes and proposals for larger projects, schedule and supervise contractors.
- Maintain communication with service providers, the Board of Directors, and condominium owners.
- Respond to emergencies and provide after-hours support as required.
- Attend monthly Board meetings and provide a brief written monthly report.
- Track and submit hours worked bi-weekly.

The ideal candidate will be:

- Skilled in a range of property management and maintenance tasks.
- Practical, reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Observant, organized, and able to work independently.
- A strong communicator by email, text, telephone,



and in person.
- Professional and able to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

- A Criminal Record Check is mandatory.
- References are mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
