Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals are looking for a Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Assist customers with the selection of items pertaining to their rebuild.

· Source and Order product from suppliers.

· Itemize and plan jobs and workorders for crews.

· Co-ordinate with subtrades, installers, and clients.

· Assist in Collection of amounts owing for deductibles, and other receivables.

· Ensure company policies and procedures, including health and safety, are being followed.





· Directly report to Construction Manager

Knowledge and Skills:

· Exceptional customer service skills, and professionalism

· Must possess positive demeaner with conflict resolution.

· Solid willingness to learn

· General knowledge of flooring, and construction a must.

· General knowledge of insurance industry as asset.

· Computer skills (Email, Spreadsheets, Data Entry, etc)

· Ability to work independently, be organized, and motivated

· Possess problem solving skills

· Attention to detail a must
