```Duties```
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise retail staff to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Fabrics & sewing knowledge will be considered an asset.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and staff




- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
