Driver / Demo / Project Prep Technician

Full House Renovations – Edmonton, AB

Full House Renovations is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team in a hybrid role that keeps every day interesting. If you like variety, enjoy using your hands, and take pride in keeping projects running smoothly, this position is for you.

What You’ll Do

Driving & Deliveries

- Safely pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Assist with loading and unloading materials

Demolition & Site Prep

- Perform selective demolition on residential renovation projects
- Set up project protection: floor coverings, poly, hoarding, dust control systems
- Complete site cleanup and ensure areas are safe and tidy

Project Preparation

- Assist Project Managers and Site Supervisors with day-to-day prep work
- Help stage materials for upcoming tasks
- Support trades where needed to keep the schedule on track

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Definitely an Asset!)





- Drywall patching / mudding / minor repairs
- Carpentry or basic framing
- Service work or handyman skills
- Tool/equipment experience
- A knack for fixing things quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and manual labour
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliability, team spirit, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Experience in construction, renovation, or demolition is an asset
