The electromechanics will be responsible for the installation, repair, diagnosis of anomalies, preventive and corrective maintenance and upgrading of mechanical and electrical components, wiring and electrical equipment as required, minimizing downtime and maintaining or improving efficiency.

Troubleshooting - detecting, analyzing and repairing mechanical and electrical anomalies on production equipment
Monitor equipment after interventions and ensure product quality at all times
Communicate the data relating to each intervention in order to maintain the intervention history and the required spare parts (complete W.O.)
Communicate any current or upcoming work that could cause production interruptions with the senior operator or supervisor
Provide solutions and participate in the improvement and packaging of production line machinery

- Perform tasks related to improvements and monitoring of line procedures
- Carry out preventive maintenance work by adhering to the procedures in place so that it is carried out within the standards and deadlines set
- Perform pre-operational tests and inspections after performing an intervention





Use appropriate safety equipment on aerial work platforms and comply with all health, safety and environmental regulations, policies and procedures

- Actively participate in the training of new employees, the exchange of information
- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement programs

- Completion of a college or vocational diploma in electromechanics, mechanics or equivalent.

- Or 3-5 years of relevant experience for equivalence

- "C" license is an asset
- Industrial experience is an asset
- Demonstrated mechanical fitness in the repair and diagnosis of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment anomalies

- Basic computer knowledge

- Ability to function effectively in a teamwork workplace and under short supervision Be autonomous.

- Ability to communicate and interact with different groups of individuals

- Adapting to any kind of situation in an ever-changing work environment

- Be versatile and ready to perform any other related tasks

French and English, spoken and written is an asset
